The Company:

This company is a fast-growing seed-stage startup developing a next-generation AI platform for the commercial real estate industry. In just a few months, the team launched the first version of its product, raised a successful funding round and 10x’d revenue over the last few months. Supported by leading investors and industry experts, the focus is now on refining the product and scaling aggressively through next year.

About The Role:

The team is looking for an Implementation Manager to work directly with the founders to drive customer onboarding, training, and early success. This role is critical in shaping the company’s customer success and ensuring users get the most value from the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Run kickoff sessions, demos, and hands-on trainings.
• Create playbooks, materials, metrics, and tracking systems.
• Gather feedback during on-site visits (up to 50% travel) and share insights with the team.
• Troubleshoot adoption blockers and keep implementations on track.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction-tech implementation, estimating, sales, engineering or project management.
• Industry familiarity in HVAC, mechanical, or related sectors (required).
• Based in New York or open to relocation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of each month).

Compensation:

• $120–150K + equity, based on experience
