About The Role:

They’re hiring a Product Designer to shape the way users interact with the AI platform, directly influence product strategy, conduct user research, and help define company culture.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the launch of AI-powered features that directly impact end users and streamline core workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering to evolve and scale a complex enterprise SaaS product
• Influence product roadmap and lead MVP development with a focus on speed, impact, and iteration
• Engage with users, contribute to product research, and support full-stack development efforts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience designing complex software products.
• Strong design portfolio.
• Based in San Francisco or open to relocation.
• Comfortable solving tough design challenges in high-volume, AI-driven environments.

Compensation:

• $150k-$200k + equity

This is a full-time position and is not open to C2C contractors.
