This company is a Series C B2B2C loyalty rewards and solutions platform designed for restaurant brands. It has built digital ordering systems, available via mobile and web, to drive high conversion rates and repeat business for restaurants, shops and stores around the world.

About You

You’re a seasoned Product Designer with a knack for tackling complex challenges. You’re skilled at translating research and insights into thoughtful, user-focused designs. Details matter to you, whether it’s crafting smooth user flows, refining interactions, or polishing interfaces. You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to turn ideas into meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design seamless, high-quality experiences for both web and mobile platforms using Figma and related tools.
• Take ownership of key design projects, managing the process from initial concept through to final delivery, with guidance from the product leadership team.
• Work cross-functionally with partners in Product and Engineering.
• Conduct user research to test assumptions, validate concepts, and iterate on designs.
• Help maintain and evolve the design system to support consistency and scalability across the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing strong work in UX, UI, and interaction design.
• Prior experience designing B2B and/or B2C SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and conducting user research.
• Solid understanding of design systems and information architecture.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Compensation

• $140k-$160k + equity
